Returns & Refunds
Should you require information or help, please contact us by email or by phone and we will be happy to assist you.
We refund all returns and defective products, however we do not reimburse shipping costs associated with returned orders. We do not profit from any shipping costs.
- If you want a refund for a defective product, please email us at email@example.com with a picture of the damage in question. We will gladly refund you for your purchase or send you a replacement product. It’s totally up to you!
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and cannot provide you with a refund. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. Learn more about shipping insurance in our Shipping Policy. It’s an inexpensive and reliable way to protect your shipment.
MAKING A RETURN
Although we’re disappointed whenever our products don’t work for you, we’re happy to accept returns. You have 20 days to submit a return which will be considered valid once the tracking number is generated.

As soon as you email firstname.lastname@example.org with tracking information, we’ll be able to refund you for the purchase. We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs. All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
