We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged in transit, shortly after arrival, or lost by the customer. We will not send you a replacement, so we highly recommend purchasing insurance at checkout to protect your investment.
If your purchase was damaged during transit and you did not purchase insurance, please start a claim with your local post office. If you did purchase insurance, please reference the About Route Shipping Insurance section for information about when and how to file a claim.
