Wholesale Policies:

Hello! We are very excited to become part of your story. We look forward to learning more about your business and facilitating a smooth on boarding process. Before we begin with your first order, please familiarize yourself with our wholesale policies. If you have any inquiries or special requests, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@studiocult.co.

To place an order please login to your account and access the wholesale section. You can input your shipping address, billing address, item quantities and special requests at checkout. As soon as you place this order, our fulfillment center will begin to process your order within the next 1-2 warehouse business days. Our warehouse ships orders every day from Tuesday to Sunday.

Online retailers carrying the Studio Cult Co brand are required to add the brand name somewhere in the product listing. This can be placed in the listing name, description or specified field for vendor names.  Once you are approved as a retailer you are only allowed to sell on the URL that was provided on the wholesale application. Wholesale accounts are prohibited from listing products on any platforms including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, Alibaba, DHGate, Ebay, etc. Failure to follow this policy will result in the termination of the wholesale account.

Wholesale Account Application:

To open a wholesale account with Studio Cult Co please fill out a wholesale application. If we accept your application, we will respond in 1-2 business days to set up your account. If you don’t hear back, please reapply in 3 months.

Returns and Damages + Cancellations:

While we do not offer returns, we do offer free sample packs of pin and patch designs available upon request before you commit to an order. We want you fall in love first and place an order second.

If defective items are found in your order, we will replace them free of charge if informed within 5 days of receipt. Please send photos of the defective items to hello@studiocult.co. Upon verification we will send out replacement items the next 1 - 2 days. We ship orders Tuesday through Saturday from our warehouse based in Willimantic, CT.

We guarantee to securely package your shipment using high quality bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. We are not responsible for crushed or water damage parcels due to negligence of postal carriers. Issues with crushed, water damaged or lost parcels must be disputed with the postal carrier. We add signature confirmation to every order we ship to ensure a secure delivery and verify if insurance is needed before we ship parcels.

Order Minimum:

Our order minimum is 200 USD.

Cancelations:

Orders can be canceled if the conditions of the wholesale agreement are breached or before a payment has been placed on an order. This does not apply to delays caused by postal carriers.

Shipping:

All wholesale orders are placed in a box optimal for shipping fees, but large enough to prevent damage during shipment. Please contact us for special shipment terms or if you have a carrier account number you would like us to use.

Domestic Orders:

Carriage paid level: 500 USD

Upon receipt of your order we will provide an invoice within the next business day. Once paid, please allow 2-3 days within our warehouse business days for us to ship your parcel, excluding federal holidays. High volume orders may be subject to longer lead times and will be discussed with the shop owner in advance.

We will offer you options for standard and expedited rates at checkout for both UPS and USPS.

International Orders:

Carriage paid level: 1000 USD

Nearly half of our customer base is outside of the continental United States! We welcome international accounts from all around the globe.

International buyers are responsible for understanding and paying import duties and taxes of their respective countries. The buyer must also be responsible for understanding restricted items to be imported into their country.

We will provide an invoice within the next business day upon receipt of your order. Once the invoice is paid for, please allow 2-3 within our warehouse operational days for us to ship your parcel, excluding federal holidays. High volume orders may be subject to longer lead times and will be discussed with the shop owner is applicable.

We will provide you options for standard and expedited rates at checkout for both DHL Express and USPS.

Packaging:

Our pins and small patches come on a backing card and then are packed in a cellophane bag. Large Patches arrive loose. When placing your order, please note if you require hang tags on pins and patches.

Payment:

Payment for orders are processed at checkout or before shipping by credit card, PayPal Transfer or Zelle QuickPay. Net 30 day terms are offered to retailers with an established relationship with Studio Cult Co. Invoices that are past due incur a 75 USD late fee.
