I have been a LOYAL studiocult customer for many years!! I recently got flame earrings as a gift, but the clasp broke shortly after I received them- I reached out to studiocult asking if I could buy a new clasp, and they went out of their way to send me new earrings even though I did not have a gift receipt!!
