REFUNDS
We refund all returns received within 30 days of postmarked delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping costs associated with returned orders, as we do not profit from any shipping fees.Your STUDIOCULT pieces are protected under a lifetime warranty against any material or manufacturing defects - any item that is not up to our standard of production quality will be replaced by us, free of cost! Lifetime protection begins on the date of purchase from the STUDIOCULT website. If you suspect your piece has a manufacturing issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you!In the event your shipment is damaged, lost in transit, or stolen, you should also reach out to our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help!Clearance items are final sale.
