Should you require information or help, please contact us by email or by phone and we will be happy to assist you.

REFUNDS

  • We refund all returns received within 30 days of postmarked delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping costs associated with returned orders, as we do not profit from any shipping fees. 
  • All of our products come with a 90 day guarantee for defective or broken items. If you want a refund for a defective product, please email us at help@studiocult.co with a picture of the damage in question. We will gladly refund you for your purchase or send you a replacement product. It’s totally up to you!
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and cannot provide you with a refund. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. You can learn more about shipping insurance in our Shipping Policy. It’s an inexpensive and reliable way to protect your shipment!
  • Clearance items are final sale.

MAKING A RETURN

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Although we’re disappointed whenever our products don’t work for you, we’re happy to accept returns. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return which will be considered valid.

Please email help@studiocult.co with tracking information. As soon as we receive confirmation from our fulfillment center that they've received your order, we’ll be able to refund you for the purchase.
