- We refund all returns received within 30 days of postmarked delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping costs associated with returned orders, as we do not profit from any shipping fees.
- Your STUDIOCULT pieces are protected under a lifetime warranty against any material or manufacturing defects - any item that is not up to our standard of production quality will be replaced by us, free of cost! Lifetime protection begins on the date of purchase from the STUDIOCULT website. If you suspect your piece has a manufacturing issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you!
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and cannot provide you with a refund. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. You can learn more about shipping insurance in our Shipping Policy. It’s an inexpensive and reliable way to protect your shipment!
- Clearance items are final sale.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Although we’re disappointed whenever our products don’t work for you, we’re happy to accept returns. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return which will be considered valid.
