Matches images exactly. They are probably medium sized in terms of a standard stud, and the come with the flat backs as shown. The flat backs are extremely secure which I love as I hate losing the back of an earring due to a fabric snag! These aren't budging! I find it's easier to moisten them a bit and that helps take the back off but I love that they're so secure!
