Extended Holiday Return Window: Orders that were placed November 7 - December 30 can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026! 

Standard Return Window: Orders placed on January 1, 2026 or later can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of their postmarked delivery date.

• All orders come with a lifetime warranty protecting against any material or manufacturing defects. 
• All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All clearance items and all piercing jewelry (e.g. earrings) are final sale.
