Almost Returned
So, I have bought plenty of earrings from this brand and have not had any issues until now. I don't know how it happened, but whoever screwed the earrings together before shipping made them way too tight. I was struggling trying to unscrew them. I almost gave up and was going to ask for a refund just from frustration. My fingers were in pain and raw from trying to untighten the earrings. I had to use tape to grab on to the ends to be able to unscrew them. Even then it took a while of attempts before they finally gave way. I still gave 5 stars because it asks about the quality and looks of the earrings. I was still able to wear them once I got them to unscrew. I just hope I didn't damage them trying to loosen them up. They are a nice size and very lightweight. Much bigger than the other tiny ones they sell which I like.

Hi Luis,
Sorry about the trouble! Some of our flat backs are secured very tightly and some gloves or a jar opener usually solve the issue. We've since asked our manufacturer to be a little gentler in putting them together. Hopefully this is a testament of how secure they stay IN your ear 😅 Thanks for the 5-star rating, despite your trouble unscrewing them :-) Happy it worked out and here if you need anything!
