Born and based in Montreal, Gab Bois is a multidisciplinary visual artist whose practice focuses on photography.

Her work masters the art of blurring the lines between real and simulated. She stages herself in evocative and powerful visual compositions where the spectator is exposed to the artist's reinterpretation of subjects from her environment.

Frames Inside Frames
Glasses shaped like a film strip — more idea than accessory. They’re light, detailed, almost fragile, yet the concept feels larger than life. Wearing them is like stepping into a still frame of a movie about someone else — except it’s you. No glamour required, but somehow there’s that quiet Hollywood vibe in the background.
